Hi Renza & nicely put as ever. The NICE guidelines cited are still a DRAFT & have caused a lot of controversy too, in respect of SBGM & medication recommendations. They are currently in review after the consultation period & we await the result. In my view, offering SBGM is a crucial gauge of a system which claims to support self management .

Hi Renza – heard initial article on AM. Feel concerned that bgls are equated with cost only ! Are there moves to alter N.D.S.S.? Rosie Walker can you elaborate further on you last sentence from your post?
